Jennifer Gray, Senior Program Advisor, Program Development Unit, Foreign Talent and Settlement Services Division, Ministry of Labour, Training and Skills Development

Jennifer has a professional background in program development and stakeholder engagement in the Ontario government and in public and international institutions overseas, including 17 years of experience in francophone program development in Ontario. She is a Senior Program Advisor in the Global Talent and Settlement Services division of the Ministry of Labour, Training and Skills Development.  Jennifer supports the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program and focuses on francophone immigration. Prior to joining the Ontario Public Service, she led a project in Birmingham, United Kingdom focused on developing programs and services for refugee children and their families.  She also worked in Dakar, Sénégal for l’Agence universitaire de la francophonie supporting research and development projects in universities and institutes of higher learning in the West African region.
