Martin Normand, Director of Strategic Research and International Relations, Association des collèges et universités de la francophonie canadienne (ACUFC)
Martin Normand has been the Director of Strategic Research and International Relations at the Association des collèges et universités de la francophonie canadienne since February 2021. Previously, he was a postdoctoral fellow at the School of Political Studies at the University of Ottawa where he also coordinated the Interdisciplinary Research Group on the practices of active service offerings in French. He holds a PhD in Political Science from the Université de Montréal. His research has focused primarily on language policies in Canada and on the mobilisation of linguistic minorities.
