Khadidja Sall is Coordinator of the “Mode d’emploi” program at the RDÉE Nouveau-Brunswick. This program supports the development of skills that facilitate the labour market integration of Francophone visible minority immigrant women. Various local partners have come together to make this program a success. Holding a doctorate in Economics from the Université de Poitiers (France), Khadidja has worked in the education and community sectors since her arrival in New Brunswick in 2012. She is passionate about improving people’s lives through education and justice.
