Dr. Mamadou Ka is a political scientist and Associate Professor at the Université de Saint-Boniface. He is also a speaker and consultant in the field of diversity management and education. Mamadou holds a PhD in Educational Leadership and Diversity Management from Simon Fraser University. He also holds a Law degree from the Université de Caen (France), as well as a BA and an MA in Political Science from the University of Manitoba. Mamadou studied for a PhD in Political Science at Université Laval in Quebec City. A political analyst, he has, in recent years, worked as a commentator on African politics for Radio-Canada. Mamadou is very involved in his community, having served as President of the Société franco-manitobaine.
