Néné Oularé was born in Paris to a French and African-American mother, and a Guinean and Egyptian father. Her diverse background has influenced both her worldview and her career. Two decades ago, after earning a master’s degree in Economics, Néné entered the field of international trade, mainly working for multinationals in various industries. She later refocused her career on human resources management, before turning to coaching. Néné earned a degree in Business Coaching, and spent several years helping entrepreneurs, organizations and individuals achieve their goals. She began her Canadian adventure in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, where she settled with her family in June 2018. Néné currently holds the position of Coordinator with the province’s Francophone Immigration Network, having previously worked as Development Officer for the Communauté francophone accueillante de Labrador Ouest.
